Return Window

You can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags/accessories.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Custom or final-sale items are not returnable unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at contact@millerokprolimited.com with your order number and photos (if defect/damage). We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different color or model, we can arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend tracked, insured shipping.
