We design and sell poufs and ottomans. Product colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to display settings and natural material variation.

2. Orders & Pricing

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation from us.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. By checking out, you authorize the provider to charge the total shown at checkout.

4. Shipping & Risk

We ship to the UK & EU. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details on timeframes, carriers, and fees.

5. Returns

You may return eligible items within the window described in our Refund Policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Warranty

We provide a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, and improper care are excluded.
